SC1889 – 2nd Generation RF PA Linearizer

The SC1889 is Scintera’s 2nd generation RF PA linearizer (RFPAL) providing increased ACLR performance over the previous SC1887 as well adding support for EVDO, TD-SCDMA, WiMAX, HSDPA, LTE and TD-LTE waveforms. The SC1889 also supports multi-carrier and multi-standard waveforms with up to 60 MHz of instantaneous signal bandwidth. The SC1889 is a fully-adaptive, RFin / RFout predistortion linearization solution optimized for Class A/AB and Doherty power amplifiers operating at an average power level of 5W to 60 W. The SC1889 is ideal for use in traditional in-cabinet BTS amplifiers, RRU , tower mounted power amplifiers, microwave repeaters, booster amplifiers, microcells, picocells, DAS, AAS and MIMO systems.
