SC1869 – 2nd Generation RF PA Linearizer

The SC1869 is Scintera’s 2nd generation RF PA linearizer (RFPAL) providing increased ACLR performance over the previous SC1887 as well adding support for EVDO, TD-SCDMA, WiMAX, HSDPA, LTE and TD-LTE waveforms. The SC1869 also supports multi-carrier and multi-standard waveforms with up to 20 MHz of instantaneous signal bandwidth. The SC1869 is a fully-adaptive, RFin / RFout predistortion linearization solution optimized for Class A/AB power amplifiers operating at an average power level of 500 mW to 10 W. The SC1869 is ideal for use in cost-sensitive small cell designs being deployed as part of heterogeneous networks.
