The SC1887, Scintera’s 1st generation RF PA linearizer (RFPAL), is a fully-adaptive, RFin / RFout predistortion linearization solution. The SC1887-04 and SC1887-07 are optimized for Class A/AB and Doherty RF power amplifiers operating at an average power level of 1W to 50W for cellular applications. The SC1887-03 is optimized for Class A/AB and Doherty RF power amplifiers operating at an average power level of 1W to 600W or more for broadcast applications.
