Scintera believes that quality is designed into a product from the beginning. We follow a well-documented New Product Introduction (NPI) Process to ensure that new products are reviewed at each stage of development to ensure that cost, performance and manufacturability goals are being met before the product can continue to the next stage of development.
Products are tested through regression testing and a rigorous characterization step to ensure they function properly over all datasheet performance requirements.
Scintera recognizes the importance of product reliability on the success of our customers and uses standard qualification methods to ensure our products meet our customer’s reliability expectations. Reliability testing for new products is performed to JEDEC standards, using the requirements for Stress Testing as outlined in JESD47, and following methodologies that are defined in JESD22. Reliability reports are available upon request.
